- In addition to our telephone hour service, parents may request a return call anytime during the day from a doctor or a nurse. We return calls within a reasonable period of time.
- In the evening, after office hours, Advocare's triage nurse can answer patient's medical questions and contact the on call physician if necessary.
Early Morning Visits for Ill Child
- To assure timely examination of ill children, and to help parents, office visits for acute illness are available 9 a.m. every morning.
- If you call on phone hour, we will see your child the same day.
- You can also schedule ill child visits for a later time.

After Hours
After hours, parents should telephone our office number with medical questions, and inform the answering service of the nature of the problem. A triage nurse will give advice regarding appropriate management and care, and may speak to the on-call doctor as needed. It is always best to telephone first before transporting a child to an emergency facility. Many visits can be avoided with appropriate advice.

- Prenatal and new patient interviews are welcome both during and after regular business hours. There is no fee for this service. Please call our office to set up an appointment.
- Some children’s issues require more time for discussion than is available during regular hours. Many topics require the participation of both parents or other parties.
